Take all myself - Humeur actuelle : Kissing You - Romeo+Juliet Soundtrack
I have just been learning my text of Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare. I have learned a mytic part of Juliet text, it takes place in the balcony scene. For help me to learn i had watch parts of the two films Romeo+Juliet and Romeo and Juliet on Youtube website. The kissing scene in Romeo+Juliet it's so beautiful, i have cried a few...I'm knowing at perfection my text !
JULIET - Ay me !
ROMEO - She speaks ! O speak again bright angel...
JULIET - O Romeo, Romeo ! Wherefore art thou Romeo ?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name
Or if thou wilt not, but be sworn my love
And I'll no longer be a Capulet.
ROMEO - Shall I hear more or shall I speak at this ?
JULIET - 'Tis but thy name, that is my enemy
Thou art thyself, thought not a Montague.
What's Montague ? It is nor hand, nor foot, nor arm, nor face.
O, be some other name
Belonging to a man.
What's in a name ? That which we call a rose
By any other word would be smell as sweet.
So Romeo would, were he not Romeo called,
Retain that dear perfection, which he owes,
Without that title. Romeo doff thy name,
And for thy name, which is no part of thee,
Take all myself.
